Store Policies Returns: Waterline Systems offers the following Returns Policy: Standard hardware items may be returned subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be in the original packaging and in new, unused condition. Please contact your sales representitive for a RMA and return instructions. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the order date. There are no refunds of shipping, handling or customs broker fees. There are no returns on the following items: Custom Items- Molded parts, cut rope/rigging, Composites, other than full roll, box or kit quantities. Fabricated Items- cut bunk tops, bulkheads, stringers, etc. If you feel like you may at some point need to return an item, please contact a sales rep for details on the returnability of the item before you order. International Orders We are proud of our worldwide clientel, but sadly the Internet has become a nasty place. We reserve the right not to ship internationally until funds are cleared. International checks and Certified checks are a notorious locus for fraud. We not not accept them as payment. The best way is to have a credit card and authoriztion on file with us, this will expedite your international order Deposits Certain items require a 50% deposit on ordering, with the balance due prior to shipping. The product detail page will reflect this. We will charge your credit card for the deposit when we receive the order, and the balance, including actual shipping charges when we ship. Hazardous Materials Many of the products we sell require special shipping. The actual shipping charges will be higher than the estimate shown in your shopping cart and on your invoice. We will contact you via e-mail to advise you of the actual shipping costs prior to shipping your order. Please be advised that many Hazardous Materials can only be delivered via Ground Shipping.
